Extension ("we", "our", or "the Extension") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use

The Extension collects the following information:
Email Address: We access and securely store your Google email address for
authentication purposes and account management.
Google Drive Access: We request permission to upload files to your Google Drive
when you choose to export content to Google Docs format.
Notion Workspace Access: When you connect a Notion workspace, we receive a
workspace access token issued by Notion's OAuth flow. The token is stored securely and used
only to create pages in the workspace you explicitly authorized when you choose to export
content to Notion.
Gemini Content: The Extension processes the content you select in Gemini conversations
locally in your browser to convert it to document formats (PDF, Word, Google Docs, Notion pages,
or Markdown files).
License Key: If you use a paid plan, we store your license key to authenticate
and manage access to premium features.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
To authenticate your Google account for Google Drive uploads
To authenticate your Notion workspace for Notion page creation (only when you choose Notion
export)
To convert and export your Gemini conversations to the selected document format
To upload exported documents to your Google Drive (only when you choose Google Docs export)
To create pages in the Notion workspace you authorized (only when you choose Notion export)
To send activation keys and promotional codes: We use your email address to send
activation keys, promotional codes, and service-related information. We commit to using your email
solely for this purpose and will never send unsolicited commercial advertisements or marketing
emails.

Data Storage and Processing

Gemini Content: Content conversion is performed entirely in your browser for most
formats. Markdown export is generated and downloaded entirely on your device — no server round
trip.
Document Files: Files are uploaded directly to your Google Drive or to the
Notion workspace you authorized (we do not retain copies on our servers).
Notion Access Token: The workspace access token returned by Notion's OAuth flow
is encrypted at rest and used only to create the pages you explicitly request.
Conversion Requests: Data is transmitted to our servers only for document
conversion processing and is immediately deleted after processing is complete
License Key: License key is encrypted and securely stored in our system to
authenticate access to premium features
Third-Party Services
The Extension integrates with the following third-party services:
Google OAuth: For authentication and Google Drive access. Your use of Google
services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Notion API & OAuth: For workspace authorization and creating pages in the
Notion workspace you connect. Only the pages you explicitly export are written; the Extension
does not read existing content from your workspace. Your use of Notion is subject to
Notion's
Privacy Policy.
Document Conversion Service: We use a secure webhook service to convert HTML
content to PDF, Word, or Google Docs format. This service processes your content temporarily
and does not store it. Markdown export does not use this service — it runs locally in your
browser.
Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not
store payment card details on our servers.
Permissions
The Extension requires the following permissions:
Identity & Email: To authenticate with Google and access your email address
Google Drive (drive.file scope): To upload exported documents to your Google Drive
(only when you choose Google Docs export). The scope is limited to files the Extension creates.
Notion Workspace Authorization: A one-time OAuth authorization to create pages in
the workspace you select (only when you choose Notion export). You can revoke access from your
Notion settings at any time.
Storage: To save your preferences locally in your browser
Downloads: To download PDF, Word and Markdown documents to your computer
Data Security
We take data security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your email address is encrypted
and stored securely in our system.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Revoke the Extension's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account
settings
Revoke the Extension's access to your Notion workspace at any time through your Notion
settings → Connections
Uninstall the Extension at any time, which will remove all locally stored preferences
Request information about what data we have collected
Request deletion of your email address from our system
Request to stop receiving emails from us
Changes to This Privacy Policy
